Job Summary

Responsiblefor day-to-day management and resolution of all issues related to assigned InVivoLinkmember accounts; including implementation activities for new hospitals, ongoinganalytics and spend insight support, account optimization activities, andalpha/beta pilot supervision. Serves asthe primary point of contact for ad-hoc specific data and executes analyticalreporting for members while working directly with the Member Servicesteam.Effectively communicates analytical summaries to both internaland external customers. This position supports implementation efforts asrequired.

Duties(included but not limited to):

Onboardingand Implementation:

  • Works withceFIT team to plan/schedule implementation roadmap
  • SupportsceFIT and facility personnel as SME with process workflow and issue resolution
  • SupportsceFIT team during optimization to understand current process gaps and targettraining / user exception management to increase workflow compliance


  • Preparesagendas and related data analytics for meetings and surgeon council meetings,or supports SL lead in making preparations
  • Analyzes andcommunicates all opportunities for increased revenue/savings for current facilitiesas assigned.
  • Works onefficiencies to identify cost savings, outcomes, Px satisfaction, or CJR/BPCIbundle compliance


  • Works throughiterative cycles of reporting improvement based on observed insights or clientneed
  • Works collaborativelywith Client Services team in preparing periodic client-facing analytics
  • “Ownsstorytelling” by observing long-term trends in insight identification &consumption by clients, recommending changes to both content and channeldelivery as appropriate
  • Reformatsdata for member-facing presentation as required

Sales and AccountManagement:

  • Builds andstrengthens customer relationships with proactive communications and timelyfollow up.
  • Identifiesand shares contract opportunities and facilitates timely contract activation.
  • Serves as the Member Services liaison to resolve issues with IVLsoftware and workflow as required
  • Updates memberson key IVL initiatives and strategic opportunities
  • Participates in member meetings and committees as requested
  • Operates within established budgets, acting as a good steward ofcompany resources

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’sdegree in business or an applied healthcare-related field required. Advanceddegree preferred.
  • 5 year’s work experience as a dataanalyst, business or financial analyst.
  • Hospital/Materials Managementexperience may be substituted for analytical experience.
  • Exposure and familiarity with multipletechnology platforms preferred.
