Job Summary –
Responsiblefor developing and nurturing long-term business partnerships with assignedmembers.  Acts as liaison between membersand our internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of oursolutions.  Identifies savings opportunitieson a regular basis and completes quarterly business reviews with assignedmember(s).  Works with Member Servicesteam to support Account Director(s) and successful implementations of newmembers as needed.  Serves as the primaryresource for regular and ad-hoc data and reports.  Effectively communicates analytical summariesto both internal and external customers. 
 
Portfolio ofassigned accounts may include facilities and systems (LTC, ASC, Hospitals,Behavioral Health) with contract spend up to $100M, or may be assigned assecondary support to a strategic account or strategic initiative.
 
Position mayrequire travel up to 40%.
 
Duties(included but not limited to):
 
Onboardingand Implementation:

  • Helps orientnew members to HealthTrust systems (electronic contract catalog, InSight,member website, etc.)
  • Works withnew members and vendor partners to facilitate contract access and conversions.
  • Assists withmembership rostering.

Planning:

  • Preparesagendas and related data analytics for meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Participatesin territory sales planning.
  • Participatesin the development of member specific strategic business plans.

Analytics:

  • Utilizesvendor reported data and member spend data (via InSight or distributors) toidentify compliance opportunities.
  • Generates customreports for market share analysis, tier maximization, and conversionopportunities.
  • Reformatsdata for member-facing presentations.

Sales and AccountManagement:

  • Implements member-specificstrategic business plans, driving successful results to goals. Completesregular updates of related activities in PULSE customer relationship management(CRM) tool.
  • Builds andstrengthens customer relationships with proactive communications and timelyfollow up.
  • Identifiesand shares contract opportunities and facilitates timely contract activation.
  • Serves as the Member Services liaison to resolve issues with suppliers,distributors, service-line partners and other as needed.
  • Updates memberson key program initiatives and strategic opportunities.
  • Participates in member meetings and committees as requested.
  • Operates within established budgets, acting as a good steward ofcompany resources.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’sdegree preferred.
3-5 years’ work experience as a data,business, or financial analyst preferred. 
Hospital/ Healthcare experience preferred. 
Exposure and familiarity with multipletechnology platforms preferred.
