Job Summary

The Analystwill work with CoreTrust Account Managers and Sales Directors on detailedprojects/reporting/internal requirements. In addition to process management,this person will assist with member communication; website and salesforce.comcontent management and enhancement; and sales team reporting requests.  Works directly with Sales OperationsSupervisor to provide key performance reporting to leadership around member andsales activity. Assists in establishing Policies and Procedures as needed.  Also acts as backup to Sales Coordinator.
 
Duties(included but not limited to):

  • Develop, maintain,and run various reports and dashboards, pulling together data from varioussystems to provide KPIs around sales and member activity
  • Manage salesprocesses
  • Providemember volume reports
  • Monitor andedit Salesforce records
  • Work withother business units/systems to synchronize various data systems with CoreTrustsystems


Job Requirements


  • College UndergraduateDegree Required
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience preferred
