THE POSITION:
  • Seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative who is responsible for answering and logging all incoming customer communications via telephone, e-mail and/or fax.     
  • The representative must be able to identify or trouble-shoot potential Supply Chain issues and rectify existing problems in a timely manner or follow-up for closure when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are essential.
  •  Maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding patients according to policy and procedures.

 EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or GED required               
• Associates degree preferred
• One year Customer Service experience required
•Two years general Accounts Payable and/or Purchasing is preferred
