  • Seeking a full-time Support Service Analyst who isresponsible for surveillance and improvement of the Division’s Financial andInfrastructure processes for Food, Chemicals and related supplies for bothdepartments.  This includes entering andupdating all product, recipe, menu and inventory related information in thefoodservice software system.
  • Individuals who exhibit strong leadership in training andsupporting Super Users and end users in the foodservice software applications.
  • Successfully manages, preparing reports, improving contractcompliance, monitoring GPO agreement compliance, communicating with thefacility FANS and EVS staff on purchasing issues, sourcing products whenprimary items are unavailable, auditing invoice data for accuracy and otherdesignated functions.

  • Previous HospitalEVS Operational Experience preferred

  • Serve SafeCertification or equivalent required.
  • RegisteredDietitian with Florida state licensure preferred.

PHYSICALDEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONSMustbe able to stand and walk for long periods of time; sitting for short periodsof time. Requires ability to push and pull a variety of carts and materialhandling equipment. Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, bend, stretch andreach frequently. Must be able to make substantial movements of the wrists,hands, and fingers. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexteritysufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and otheroffice equipment. Requires ability to touch and differentiate textures andtemperatures. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare,and communicate reports through written and verbal means. Must be able to move and/orlift up to 50 lbs. Work may be performed in an office, patient care areas, aswell as, a stockroom/supply room environment. Work may be stressful at times.
