Job Summary

Lead Facility Infrastructure Advisory Board (“FIAB”) in managingmember alignment and support of the FIS sourcing process. This position will also be responsible formanaging a team of FIS advisors who assist internal team members (i.e.department staff responsible for managing design, construction, facilityoperations, purchasing, etc.), external teams members (i.e. architects, designengineers, contractors, etc.), and HealthTrust team members to educate,communicate, implement, and track utilization of the (“FIS”) contract portfolio.


Duties:

  • Cultivate relationships with members’ senior construction andfacility management leaders in order to better understand industry trends, bestin class strategies, quality suppliers, and secure approval of proposedHealthTrust Agreements
  • Cultivate relationships with suppliers’ leaders in order to assistin the implementation of agreements and gain insight in how to enhanceagreements
  • Work with member leaders andHealthTrust Facilities team to identify new agreement opportunities, enhance existingagreements that are valued by the members, and eliminate agreements that do notmeet an acceptable ROI for members, suppliers, and/or HealthTrust
  • Prepare and deliver executive levelpresentations and communications as necessary to support the understanding ofthe portfolio and sourcing activities
  • Identify standardization opportunities and provide subject matterexpertise to assist members with their construction programs
  • Develop and support implementation programs, including tracking memberspend on projects
  • Work with member and HealthTrust facilityteam to develop evaluation criteria to measure performance of agreements,processes, and suppliers
  • Stay current in industry and providerleadership within HealthTrust regarding trends associated with total cost ofownership, regulatory management, quality, patient safety, and technology
  • Coordinate the proper disseminate of member project information tothe appropriate parties to insure utilization of agreements
  • Work with and provide feedback to HealthTrust Account ManagementTeam to continuously increase the value provided to the members and suppliers


Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’sdegree in a building sciences area (i. e. engineering, building constructionmanagement, architecture, or business with facility management experience)
  • Master’s Degree is preferred
Experience

  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in an architecture, engineering,construction, or facility management role, preferably in the healthcareindustry
  • A minimum of 15 years’ experience in project management, with aproven track record of driving collaboration in a fast-paced team environment
Certificate/License:
  • Professionalcertification in the architecture, engineering, construction, or facility managementfields, preferably in the healthcare industry
