Supply Chain Cath Lab Coordinator

Supply Chain Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology Coordinator is responsible for leading, implementing, measuring, and directing all supply chain activities within the Cath Lab and/or Interventional Radiology Department.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
- Responsible for daily supply chain operations in the cath lab and/or interventional radiology department
- Responsible for implementation of supply chain policies, procedures, and best practices within the cath lab and or interventional radiology department
- Reviews inventory in supply areas daily and processes routine and emergency supply orders
- Ensures accurate and timely receipt, delivery, and restocking of all cath lab and/or interventional radiology lab supplies
- Maintains labeling and organization of supply areas
- Rotates stock and performs supply expiration audits
- Processes bill only requisitions to ensure accurate documentation and timely invoice payment
- Processes product returns appropriately, including cardiac explant returns per approved policy
- Manages product recalls for cath lab and/or interventional radiology department
- Reviews and maintains PAR files and min/max inventory levels
- Oversees consignment inventory and ensures compliance with reconciliation requirements and record keeping
- Facilitates bulk-buy process, conducts routine inventory audits, and ensures product utilization and/or exchanges occur proactively to prevent obsolescence in conjunction with Supply Chain Director and Consolidated Service Center personnel
- Monitors product utilization and prepares reports as needed - Works with Clinical Resource Director (CRD) and/or Supply Chain Director on supply cost management initiatives
- Serves as cath lab and/or interventional radiology point of contact for vendors and overall vendor management
- Effectively communicates with cath lab and/or interventional radiology staff, physicians, facility leadership, customers, supply chain and consolidated service center staff.

Job Requirements

EducationAssociates or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or similar field preferred 

Experience
Three to five years of relevant clinical and/or materials experience required.
