Job Summary
Responsible for driving growth in ourbusiness partnerships. Establishes and maintains professional businessrelationships, expedites HealthTrust contract participation, and alignsHealthTrust and Parallon service-line solutions for the benefit of assignedmembers. Serves as a trusted advisor; engaging member executives on a regularbasis for the purpose of reducing costs, improving quality, promotingstandardization and eliminating waste. Assures all business partners (membersand suppliers) have an outstanding experience with HealthTrust/Parallon suchthat they would recommend and promote our services to others. This high profileand professional position may be home-based or office-based, depending onlocation of account assignments. Portfolio of assigned strategic accountsincludes Hospitals, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Long Term Care facilities,and/or Behavioral Health facilities with $100M contract spend.
Includes travel of up to 75%.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 3- 7 years ofaccount management experience required, with supply chain and healthcareindustry experience strongly preferred. Sales experience to includeprospecting, pipeline development and conversion. Salesforce CRM experiencepreferred. Industry consulting experience a plus.
