JOB SUMMARY – Assists with new member implementation, up-selling/expansion of existing members, compliance and membership base management.  The role works in collaboration with and support of the CoreTrust sales team, and may be assigned to a specific sales leader such as a Director of Sales.  Additional responsibilities include strategic planning, reporting, market research, special projects and salesforce data management. 

  • Account Management: assists Sales as potential client’s transition to become members.  Proactively manage customer requests and resolve issues through proper channels with customer perspective in mind (as needed).  Communicate issues and drive resolution.
  • Strategic Account Management: in collaboration with Sales, identify and pursue opportunities for revenue expansion.  Mine membership base to identify and pursue category adoption opportunities.  Proactively identify solutions to customer issues, help maintain a pipeline report of all potential sales activity in and provide updates to management as requested.
  • Reporting: oversee the preparation of necessary data and reports including those used in management of PE relationships.  Review and analyze for accuracy and outcomes needed.  Provide strategies around achieving desired results.
  • Compliance: regularly analyze expected to actual spend to identify gaps in member compliance.  Work with the sales director to address compliance gaps and drive resolution.
  • Identify, suggest and help implement specific programs, best practices, standards, operational indicators and products & services to support the long-range strategic direction of the organization.
  • Assist and eventually lead calls with select PE Firms and members to review tracking documents and category expansion opportunities.
  • Lead Base Management activities to ensure the stability of the CoreTrust membership through designed programs, frequent touch points, and sales collaboration.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent experience acceptable.
Preferably 3 – 5 years experience account facing experience.
