THE POSITION:
•Seeking a Clinical Analyst who is responsible for designing, developing and analyzing supply chain and clinical data as it applies to clinical products, clinical technology and clinical excellence initiatives utilizing business intelligence applications and data analytics.
•Benchmarking cost and clinical data through use of applicable business application tools.
•Development of methodologies for performing financial analysis and interpretation of supply chain purchase history data to identify cost reduction opportunities.
•Ongoing tracking and analysis analytics for supply chain initiatives.
•Develops an in-depth knowledge and understanding of appropriate applications such as ClikView Clinical Excellence, Business Object, and Excel to identify clinical and cost variation.
•Identify, manage and monitor completion of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
•Facilitates the organization of project activities into manageable work efforts
•Utilizing a process improvement approach developing, enhancing and sharing solutions to improve data analytics.
•Provide support to the team with additional analysis as requested.
•Adheres to Code of Conduct, Mission & Value Statements
•Participates in special projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION 
  • Bachelor’s degreein Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or similar isrequired.
EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5 years’experience with managing multiple projects to successful completion thatrequired financial modeling and analysis. Experience is preferred in healthcarefinancial services, clinical operations, supply chain, or informationsystems-oriented environments. Must be proficient in the use of all aspects andsoftware provided in the Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel (advanced),Access Database, Power Point presentation development and Visio. Prefer atleast one year of related experience in healthcare analytics or economics
  • Previousexperience working in IT product support or product development organization 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONSRequires prolongedsitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordinationand manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone,calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing andeyesight to record, prepare and communicate reports. Requires lifting papers orboxes up to 50 pounds occasionally. May be exposed totoxic/caustic/chemicals/detergents. Work is performed in an office, and in thepharmacy and hospital environment. Work may be stressful at times. Contact mayinvolve dealing with angry or upset people. Staff must remain flexible andavailable to provide staffing assistance for any/all disaster or emergencysituations.
