JOB SUMMARY –This position is responsible for contract management, customer service and supplierrelations for contracting categories managed by inSight Advisory - Energy.  This position creates and/or manages all customtransaction agreements related to member purchases in the program.  Transactions are documented which capturing supplier,price and hedge activities.  The timely production,capture, organization and maintenance of accurate contractual obligations arecritical to managing client risks associated with volatile energy prices.
 
DUTIES(included but not limited to) –  

  • Administerinput of data in internal energy system (QBS) to produce accurate and timelydocumentation of custom contracts as directed by procurement teams
  • Supportaccuracy for contracts and company data by reviewing QBS output
  • Determine the necessity of, complete, and administer agency documentsrelative to the requirements of utilities and suppliers for each member under inSightAdvisory - Energy programs
  • Manage the production and execution of customized Transaction Agreementsfor HealthTrust and CoreTrust members and vetted suppliers using theHealthTrust approved DocuSign system
  • Maintainelectronic records of contracted documents
  • Initiate and/or review customized Transaction Agreements to confirmaccurate execution of price, hedging activities, and modifications ofobligations in the QBS software
  • Support GPO fee administration through the maintenance of reportsavailable to departmental accounting that support fee remittance
  • Support maintenance and delivery of required HealthTrust internal reportsand associated processes
  • Interact with members to provide superior customer service regardingcontracting and operational issues
  • Interact with energy suppliers to provide exemplary supplier relations
  • UtilizeHeathTrust’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to initiate andmaintain Master Purchasing Agreements with energy suppliers
  • SupportManager – Contract Development by transitioning into negotiator role for MasterPurchasing Agreements with the support of department staff and legal departmentstaff
  • Review and/ordraft contract amendment language to modify existing agreements with thesupport of the legal team
  • Monitorcontract project progress by tracking and logging activity, providing statusreports to legal and recommendations for actions/solutions
  • Workindependently with minimum supervision
  • Maintainprofessional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops

Job Requirements

AccreditedCollege Bachelor's Degree required           
1 to 3 yearsof relevant work experience.  Idealcandidate will have experience in either a legal department or sourcing departmentmanaging a portfolio of clients and contracts. Energy industry experience would be a plus.
