THE POSITION:
  • Seeking a full-time Division Clinical Resource Director who demonstrates passion for driving change through program definition and leading initiatives that support the clinical expense agenda.
  • Individual who exhibits self-motivated curiosity toward continuous improvement in supply expense and clinical utilization, supported through solid analysis and clinical evidence.
  • Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders, especially physicians, clinicians, and C-suite leaders. Leads multi-disciplinary teams towards consensus.
  • Develops plans to execute strategies, including business cases supporting financial and clinical results for key initiatives.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Health Administration, Nursing, or Pharmacy). Master’s degree highly preferred. • Clinical operational hospital or healthcare related experience (Operating Room, Cath Lab, Critical Care) Minimum of 5 years of experience• Significant proven/successful leadership experience (CNO, ACNO, Director, ect). • Supply Chain background/experience from a clinical perspective preferred.
