At HealthTrust Supply Chain Solutions, our mission is to support those who care for and improve human life.
The Document Storage Coordinator is responsible for leading, implementing, measuring, and directing all storage center activities within the assigned divisions.  This includes but is not limited to supervising on-site processing, inventory and delivery of all purges to off-site storage projects.  The coordinator supervises the receipt and input of all incoming active medical records, X-ray film, specimen samples, or any other documents and/or boxes as well as the process of fulfilling all request orders of records from storage.
The ideal candidate is able to proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources, communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. The ideal candidate also has a minimum of one year management experience.  An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or similar field is preferred.
