  • Seeking a full-time Facility Supply Chain Coordinator, whois responsible for leading, measuring, and directing all supply chainactivities within a facility.
  • Individual who demonstrate knowledge of occurrencesreporting system and utilizes system to report potential patient safety issues.
  • Attends in-service presentations, and completes mandatoryeducation week, including but not limited to, infection control, patientsafety, quality improvements, MSDS and OSHA standards.
  • Successfully supervises the on-site processing, inventoryand delivery of all orders.  
  • Effectively cultivates relationships with customers, co-teamleaders, stock clerks and the management team.

This position requires competence inassessment, treatment, and/or care for the age groups indicated. The skills and knowledge needed to provide such care maybe gained through education, training or experience. PHYSICALDEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS Requiressome bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination andmanual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone,calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing andeyesight to record, prepare and communicate reports. Requires lifting papers orboxes up to 50 pounds occasionally. Work is performed in an office environment.Work may be stressful at times. Contact may involve dealing with angry or upsetpeople. Staff must remain flexible and available to provide staffing assistancefor any/all disaster or emergency situations.
