  • Seeking a full-time Implant Inventory Coordinator who demonstrates responsibility while managing and optimizing implant warehouse inventories, and achieving the division implant service level goals.

  • Maintain accurate implant and bulk buy inventory levels with an emphasis on service levels and cost containment

  • Analyze implant and bulk buy product expiration dates on a monthly basis and report short-dated product to

  • Logistics Manager and vendor.

  • Work proactively with vendor to ensure short-dated product is exchanged in a timely manner.

  • Work with facility SCD’s to manage and optimize implant and bulk buy inventory levels at each division facility

  • Utilize system reports and knowledge of warehouse activities to maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Assist with warehouse functions as needed.

  • Ensure that all inventory policies relating to implants are followed.

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Healthcare Administration or similar
  • disciplines preferred.
  • Experience forecasting inventory requirements and trends
  • 3 to five years of material management distribution experience or equivalent required
  • Med/Surge distribution experience preferred
