Job Summary –Member Support Analyst is responsible for leading tactical management ofvarious operational activities and strategies related to InVivoLink’s businessand products.  As a Client Services teammember, this analyst will be responsible for execution of assigned supportspecialties.  As a member of the Operations organization, analystswork closely with clients and all areas of the organization to ensure we areexecuting on day-to-day operational and product management activities. Common projects will include supporting software implementations, monitoringsoftware utilization, maintaining InVivoLink’s implant database, QA'ing andsubmitting reports, managing ZenDesk ticketing and support calls, and otherinternal or customer-facing projects.  Excellent communications and alearning mindset are critical competencies.  
 
KeyResponsibilities– Provide excellentbusiness analysis, project management, and general services for internal andexternal clients.
 
Duties(included but not limited to):

  • ClientService Operations
  • Analyticssupport:  Execute on standard and customreporting using Excel, Tableau, and presentation software (ex.Powerpoint).  Run reports, QA data, lookat outliers, tell stories that drive value.
  • Implementationssupport:  Assist other InVivoLinkoperations staff by assisting with implementation project management activitiessuch as training, system configuration, and adoption tracking.  Doing these activities flawlessly makesInVivoLink’s customers happy.
  • User technicalsupport (clinician, patient, business, other): Respond to online tickets and phone calls with excellent customerservice according to InVivoLink service levels.
  • Contentsupport management:  Classify implantcatalog data and assist with content management activities as needed.
  • Marketing andcommunications support:  Assist the accountmanagement team with external communications and other activities as needed.
  • Track andreport on service activities to guide InVivoLink quality improvement.


Job Requirements


  • CollegeDegree
  • 1-3 years experience preferred but not mandatory
