Job Summary

The HR Portfolio Director is responsible for managing thehuman resources portfolio, communicating the benefits and value of theportfolio to both internal and external audiences, maintaining reporting andtracking, and resolving escalated service or contract issues. Manages, maintainsand improves the performance of the contract portfolio, both operationally andfinancially, including support for implementation activities.

Communicates contract portfolio benefits and value. Audiences include:

  • Pharmacy Benefits Management Program Participants
  • HealthTrust/CoreTrust Sales and Account Management Teams
  • Human Resources Advisory Boards Members
  • Consulting Support Teams
  • Current and Prospective Members
  • Suppliers

Job Requirements

Education andExperience

  • Accredited College Bachelor's Degree required
  • 8 – 10 years of relevant work experience, to include:
    • Experience working with Human Resources Buyers

    • Operational knowledge of Human Resources processes and systems

    • Proven ability to comprehend and interpret complex instructions, proposals, and contract language
  • Experience in human resources, preferred
  • Health and Life and Accident Insurance License a plus but not required
