Job Summary

Oversees allaspects of the application and functional testing activities for a giveneffort. May assist project team with high-level design and/or integrationconsiderations.
 
DUTIES(included but not limited to) –  

  • Adherence tothe Defined QA Workflow and Quality Principles
  • Become theProduct SME for owned application features
  • Manageiteration capacity requirements within the team 
  • Define andperform iteration and regression testing
  • Track testingprogress during the course of an iteration 
  • Managesoftware defects tracking, reporting, follow-up, using a bug tracking system,and report defects to Development team and management
  • Collaboratewith the team to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions
  • Help developand manage quality practices within assigned team
  • Developtesting strategies that address areas such as database impacts, softwarescenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, orusability
  • Plan testschedules or strategies with development team and sync around project scope ordelivery dates
  • Providefeedback and recommendations to developers on software usability andfunctionality
  • Maintainhistorical data of test results and QA artifacts 


Job Requirements


  • CollegeGraduate OR equivalent work experience
  • 3 years ofrelevant work experience
