HealthTrust Supply Chain is a rapidly growing subsidiary company, providing supply chain and logististics needs for HCA hospitals nationwide. The Remote (work from home) PRN Recruiter will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment of a variety of type and level of positions which are assigned based on the business need only. As such, this role requires the ability to successfully thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with a positive outlook.

*Note: A PRN employee is not eligible for most company benefits (including healthcare benefits), nor is the employee eligible to accrue PTO.*
 
Schedule: Monday-Friday.
 
Employment Status: Non-Exempt. PRN (as needed basis only).
 
Number of hours per week: Varies per week, dependent on business needs. Assume more/less 20-30 per week.
 
Equipment Required: All required software will be provided.
 
Pay Rate: The hourly rate is Dependent on Experience.
 
Job Summary – The PRN Recruiters’ responsibilities include supporting all areas of staffing, recruitment and talent selection. The PRN Recruiter will have excellent communication and understanding of recruiting needs and will use resources, processes, and systems to effectively recruit and source candidates. This position requires an individual who is skilled in recruiting practices, can build and maintain relationships with management, and demonstrates effective communications with individuals at all levels within the supported lines of business. This is a Work from Home PRN position.
 
Supervisor – Human Resources Leadership
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
  • The Recruiter sources applicants, develops relationships with internal and external customers and recruits for all open positions.
  • Conducts recruitment and candidate source activities for exempt and nonexempt staff, including candidate screening, assessments, and job postings for internal system and external sites, career fairs etc.
  • Consults with leaders and HR Director regarding staffing needs and staffing strategies as needed.
  • Reviewing vacancies, and clarifies position requirements with leaders.
  • Recommends new approaches and procedures to improve efficiency of recruitment needs.
  • Understand competitive trends, and recommend strategies to identify qualified candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs, career days, and open house opportunities for applicants.
  • Assisting to ensure that recruitment programs are in compliance with governmental laws and regulations.
  • Developing recruiting contacts with employment agencies and placement offices.
  • Screening, interviewing, and referring qualified applicants to supervisory staff.
  • Obtaining references and verification of credentials or certifications.
  • Assists with all HR communications in regards to recruiting efforts.
  • Facilitates communication of benefit programs to candidates.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Practice and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement."
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

EDUCATION

High School diploma or equivalent is required. However, a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
 
EXPERIENCE

One to two years of experience as a recruiter or employment coordinator is required
