GENERALSUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Regional Vice President is responsible for leading new business development andsales strategies while executing on those strategies, providing operational andstrategic leadership of staff including Area Vice Presidents, Account Managers,Directors, staffing and operational leadership and staff.    Alsoresponsible for building and maintaining operational relationships with clientswhile providing outstanding customer service and delivery.  Develops and maintains contracted vendorrelationships to ensure participation in staffing programs and ultimately reachtargeted fill rates for our customers. 
 
 
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Develops,recommends and executes on business development and sales strategies
  • Leadsall new business development and sales efforts
  • Develops and implements operational strategy for assigned region.
  • Provides overall strategic direction to Area Vice Presidents and Account Managers and is ultimately responsible for the delivery and execution on that strategy within the assigned regions.
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates programs topromote recruitment and retention activities and the development  and continued education of employees
  • Represents the CEO/SVP when necessary and actson his/her behalf in his/her absence
  • Consults with and advises the CEO/SVP/CFO/VP HRon problems relating to the operation of the region.
  • Accurately assesses, plans, designs,integrates, coordinates and directs services using a collaborative process,according to the scope of service offered that is consistent with resourceallocation, organization policies and operational plans.
  • Develops and recommends strategies to supportand enhance company policies and programs.
  • Represents all product lines of business totheir region of responsibility.
  • Assists in the preparation of the annual budget
  • Coordinates and integrates services within thefacilities and corporate office and other regional offices.
  • Completes written performance evaluations onall personnel by evaluation date.
  • Interprets company policies, objectives andoperational procedures to infrastructure and network staff.
  • Coordinates any construction and contractor’sactivities to meet the needs of the regional/satellite operations.
  • Adheres to Code of Conduct and Mission & Value Statement.
  • Appropriately screens, selects, and monitors outside contract vendors in accordance with market needs
  • Provides for orientation, in-service training, and continuing education of all persons in regional and satellite offices
  • Obtains feedback from staff regarding personal development/educational needs. Identifies develops and implement new service areas
  • Reviews, reports, and analyzes financial data, volume of business, and tracking reports as indicated
  • Completes goals established during prior year evaluation
  • Maintains confidentiality and appropriate access of all employee information.
  • Participates in special projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned
  • Requires travel from 50% - 75% of the time. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. 
  • Minimum of 5 years Management experiencewithin the Staffing or Recruiting industry.
