Job Summary –The sales coordinator is responsible for supporting the activities of theCoreTrust sales team.  This role is thekey liaison between sales and other support organizations (e.g. Legal and Cost Analytics),managing the flow of activities leading to a member sale.  In addition to process management, thisperson will assist with member communication; website and salesforce.comcontent management and enhancement; and sales team reporting requests.  The coordinator also works with members totrouble-shoot issues and provide backup reporting.  The role facilitates the onboarding ofCoreTrust members and works with the CoreTrust Account Managers and SalesDirectors on projects/reporting/internal requirements as needed.  This person will also assist in establishing policiesand procedures for the Sales OPS team and act as a backup to Account Manager ifnecessary.
 
Duties(included but not limited to):

  • Createopportunity trackers
  • Manage salesprocesses
  • Providemember volume reports
  • Update andmaintain Salesforce.com data

Job Requirements


  • Collegegraduate or high school graduate with 4 years or more relevant experience
  • 1-3 years Relevant work experience
