THE POSITION:


• Seeking a full-time Vice President of Resource Management who willprovide leadership in expense management and resource utilization.

• Individual will participate as a member of the hospital seniormanagement team and is responsible for building strategic alliances withfacility and service center executives, directors, and staff.

•Actively seeks ways to control costs without compromising patient safety aswell as quality of care and services delivered.

•Executes operational plan for all hospital point-of-use systems and supply purchases at the facility.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONREQUIREMENTS:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration,Finance, or similar. Master’s degree in related field is preferred.

• Minimum of five years hospital managementexperience. Large hospital, multiple campus facility experience preferred.
•Strong leadership background in order to manage staff and guide teams towarddesired outcomes.

• Competence in setting high performancestandards in order to deliver leading quality services in a hospitalsetting.
• Proficient in proactively prioritizing needs withinSupply Chain operations and managing resources for effective projectmanagement.
